Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Gkuer
(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users regarding the use of the services provided by the platform
'AI 관상·사주: 나의 배우자' (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), which offers AI-based facial analysis and
portrait creation of potential spouses.
Article 2 (Definitions)
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" refers to the virtual service space operated by the Company that provides AI-based facial
analysis and image generation services related to physiognomy.
- "User" refers to any individual, whether registered or not, who accesses the Platform and uses the services
provided by the Company.
- "Non-member" refers to a user who utilizes the services without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
- The Platform will display these Terms and Conditions, company information (including the business address,
contact information, and email address), business registration number, and the personal information
protection officer on the Platform's homepage or via a link so users can easily access this information.
- Before users agree to the Terms and Conditions, the Platform will provide links or pop-up screens for users
to confirm important content, such as cancellation policies, refund conditions, and service
responsibilities.
- The Platform may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope allowed by applicable laws, such as the
"Act on Consumer Protection in E-commerce" and other related regulations. Users will be notified at least 7
days before the amendment takes effect. If the amendment disadvantages users, a 30-day notice will be
provided.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)
- The Platform provides the following services:
- AI-based facial analysis and creation of potential spouse portraits.
- The Platform may modify the services when necessary, and the modifications will be announced to users
through the Platform.
Article 5 (Interruption of Services)
- The Platform may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, system upgrades, or other operational
reasons. In such cases, users will be notified in advance unless the suspension is caused by emergencies.
- The Platform is not liable for damages incurred from service interruptions unless there is proven negligence
on the part of the Company.
Article 6 (Fees and Payment)
Users can make payments through the Platform using various payment methods provided by PG services, including
credit cards and other electronic payment methods. Users must select a payment method at the time of service
request.
Article 7 (Refund Policy)
If a user does not receive the requested AI-generated image, they can contact the Company via email
(team.gkuer@gmail.com). The Company will either provide the image again or issue a refund within 3 business days.
Article 8 (Personal Information Protection)
- The Platform collects the minimum necessary personal information to provide its services and manages it in
compliance with applicable laws.
- Personal information is only used for the purposes stated at the time of collection and will not be shared
with third parties without user consent unless required by law.
- Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information, and the Platform will
promptly take necessary measures.
- Personal information will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of its collection has been fulfilled.
- The Company takes responsibility for protecting personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or
misuse.
Article 9 (Duties of the User)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Providing false information during service application.
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Platform or third parties.
- Posting or transmitting content that violates public order and morality.
Article 10 (Copyright Ownership)
The AI-generated portraits and all other content provided by the Platform are the property of the Company. Users
may use the images for personal purposes but are prohibited from redistributing or commercializing them without
the Company's consent.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
The Platform will establish a system to handle user complaints promptly. If the dispute cannot be resolved
through internal procedures, it will be handled according to the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes shall be resolved
in the courts of the user's address or, if the address is unknown, the courts of the Company’s headquarters.
